→ WEEKLY PLACEMENT — Pattern Correction: “Planning is My Drug”
Pattern: You keep “preparing” because it feels like progress. Cost: Nothing ships. Self-trust erodes. Your week becomes admin theatre. ■ This week’s correction (non-negotiable): 1 Proof Block, 1 Output, 1 Post. You do not optimise. You do not make a new plan. You produce proof. → The Protocol (20 minutes) 1. Name the avoided output. Pick ONE thing you’ve been circling (email, invoice, application, outreach, draft, edit, booking, upload). 2. Set a 20-minute timer. Work only on the output. No research tabs. No “just checking.” No re-planning. 3. Ship a version. “Done” is defined as: sent / submitted / published / booked / uploaded / delivered. If it can’t be shipped in 20 minutes, you ship the next smallest shippable slice (e.g., outline sent, first draft uploaded, booking link created). ■ Proof Rules (WTM standard) - No emotional dumping. - No explanation paragraphs. - No “I feel” without “I did.” ✅ What to post (comment format): PROOF: - Output shipped: - Timestamp (your local time): - Link / screenshot note (if applicable): - Next micro-step (optional, max 1 line): ■ Failure state If you don’t post proof within 24 hours, you didn’t do the protocol. No compensating with insight. Re-run it the next day.

→ Weekly Placement (Post Your Level + One Change)
This thread is the weekly behaviour check-in. No story. No context. Just placement + action. ✅ Post using this format (copy/paste): Placement (Level 1/2/3): This week’s system change (1 line): Where you’ll prove it (Integration Logs / VIP Proof Logs): Deadline (date + time): ⛔ Rules: ✅ One comment per person (edit your comment if needed) ❌ No processing / explaining ❌ No vague goals (“be consistent”, “focus more”) ⚠️ If you can’t name a system change, you’re negotiating. → Examples (use as standard, not inspiration) Level 1: “Day 1 of 72HR within 24 hours. Proof in Integration Logs. Deadline: tomorrow 8pm.” Level 2: “Notifications off until first action sprint. Proof in Integration Logs. Deadline: Mon–Fri 9am.” Level 3: “Run regulation → action loop before any feed. Proof in VIP Proof Logs. Deadline: daily 10am.” Post your placement now. Then execute.

✅ Proof Prompt — Boundaries
1. Post your one-sentence boundary (no justification). 2. Post the action you will take if it’s ignored (this is what makes it real). Optional: What did you stop explaining this week — and what happened when you stayed clean?

📌 WEEKLY PLACEMENT #1 — STOP CIRCLING
This is not a reflection exercise. It's a placement. Answer only what’s asked. Keep it honest and brief. ❓ 1. What are you currently circling? Name the thing you’ve been thinking about, analysing, or “working on” without movement. One sentence. No backstory. ⚠️ 2. What have you been avoiding deciding? Be specific. Avoidance often hides as “needing more clarity”. 👉 3. What is one concrete action you will take this week? Something small enough to complete. Something real enough to count. Write it as: This week, I will… ⛔ Rules for this placement: - ❌ No advice to others - ❌ No venting - ❌ No future-planning beyond this week This is about interrupting the loop, not fixing your life. You can expand later. For now, place yourself where you actually are. 👇 Post your response below.
