to help them think — not to show off, not to validate,
not to predict the result.
Useful feedback looks like:
✅ "Have you checked [specific factor they missed]?"

get better value there"
✅ "I see your reasoning but [specific counter-argument]"
✅ "Solid bet but I'd go 1u not 2u because [specific
reason]"
Useless feedback looks like:
