๐Ÿ“… 01/05/2026 โ€” Daily Picks
๐Ÿ”ฅ Friday, May 1, 2026 โ€” BIG MATCH DAY Friday card loaded with value across tennis, football, and CS2. Three Challenger quarter-finals, one Madrid Open semi-final, key LaLiga2 promotion clash, and a big Premier League day. Plus three CS2 picks rounding it out. โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ” ๐ŸŽพ TENNIS ๐ŸŸข Bergs vs Hijikata โ€” Aix-en-Provence Challenger โ€” 10:00 UK Bergs to win @ 1.48 Why: Bergs is the third seed for a reason. Stronger serve, deeper game on clay, and Hijikata has a negative career record on this surface (25-33). Both came through round one but Bergs has the edge in power and consistency. ๐ŸŸข Damas vs Faria โ€” Mauthausen Challenger โ€” 10:30 UK Faria to win @ 1.33 Why: Faria is the seventh seed and has 14-8 record on clay this season. Damas is ranked 271 (career-high) and is the underdog despite recent run. Faria has better clay pedigree (93-66 career on the surface) and stronger serve numbers. ๐ŸŸข Arnaldi vs Borges โ€” Cagliari Challenger 175 โ€” 11:00 UK Borges to win @ 1.60 Why: Borges leads the head-to-head 2-0 (both wins in 2022). Borges is the third seed, fresh from a bye into round 2. Arnaldi is returning from foot injury, only 3-8 on clay this season, and physically not at peak. Borges is the smarter side. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Sinner vs Fils โ€” Madrid Open SF โ€” 15:00 UK Sinner to win @ 1.17 Why: World number one on a 21-match winning streak. Hasn't dropped a set in Madrid this tournament. Fils is hot off Barcelona title but this is his first Masters semi-final and Sinner absorbs aggressive baseline players. Class differential clear. ๐ŸŸข Blockx vs Zverev โ€” Madrid Open SF โ€” 19:00 UK Zverev to win @ 1.41 Why: Zverev has experience and ranking advantage heavily on his side. Blockx had a great quarter-final upsetting Ruud, but Zverev is a former Madrid champion and his game on clay is well-suited to the high-altitude surface. Experience wins this stage. โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ” โšฝ FOOTBALL ๐ŸŸข Deportivo La Coruรฑa vs Leganรฉs โ€” LaLiga 2 โ€” 17:30 UK Deportivo to win @ 1.56 Why: Deportivo are 2nd in LaLiga 2 chasing direct promotion, unbeaten in last 6, strong at Riazor. Leganรฉs are 14th-15th, coming off a 0-4 thrashing by Andorra, in psychological crisis with key defenders missing. Big motivation gap.

๐Ÿ† Satisfying win last weekend
Match: BIG vs Ninjas in Pyjamas ๐ŸŽฎ Bet: BIG to win 2ยบ map @ 1.81 Stake: 2u Result: Won Profit: +1.62u Why I took it: It was the map BIG had picked, on which they had a high win rate, unlike NIP, who rarely play that map โ€“ itโ€™s one of their weakest, and had a very low win rate on it. The match was played on LAN, BIGโ€™s line-up is more experienced, so I took a chance and it paid off. What I learned: Iโ€™ve learnt that we should always analyse all the factors in every match, no matter what kind of sport it is, just as weโ€™re taught on the Foundation course. Discipline > greed. โ€” Martim

๐Ÿ‘‹ INTRODUCE YOURSELF โ€” Drop a comment below
This is the most important thread in the community. The members who introduce themselves in their first week are 3x more likely to still be here in 6 months. Not because introducing is magical โ€” because it commits you to being present, not just paying. Here's what to share in the comments: ๐ŸŒ Your name (or what you go by) and country โšฝ Sports you follow / bet on most ๐ŸŽฏ What brought you to The Winning Stack ๐Ÿ“ˆ Where you are in your betting journey (just starting? been at it years? trying to recover from bad habits?) ๐Ÿ’ช What you want to walk away with from this community Don't overthink it. Three lines is enough. The point isn't impressive โ€” it's real. I'll go first ๐Ÿ‘‡ โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ”โ” [YOUR INTRO COMMENT BELOW] ๐ŸŒ Martim, based in Portugal but the community is fully in English to reach members globally โšฝ Multi-sport bettor โ€” football and tennis are my anchors, NBA and e-sports growing portions of my volume ๐ŸŽฏ I built The Winning Stack because the betting world is flooded with bad advice. Telegram tipsters selling "locks." YouTube channels chasing engagement over education. Communities where the loud guys with one good week look smart for a month and then disappear when reality hits. This community is the alternative โ€” systematic betting, honest tracking, real conversations. ๐Ÿ“ˆ I've been betting seriously for years. Profitable through discipline, not through magic. The system I built and teach in the Foundation Course is the same one I use every day. ๐Ÿ’ช Want to build something different here. Where the average member becomes a better bettor over 12 months because of the conversations and the discipline, not because they copied a few picks. If you're new โ€” drop your introduction below. We want to know who you are. Your turn ๐Ÿ‘‡ โš ๏ธ 18+ only.

๐ŸŒ Miguel, from Manchester, UK โšฝ Mostly Premier League and Champions League. Started following tennis a bit more recently โ€” Sinner and Alcaraz dragged me in. ๐ŸŽฏ Got tired of betting on instinct after watching matches with mates. Always lost the same fiver every weekend on a 5-leg acca that one Sunday goal would ruin. Wanted to actually understand what I was doing instead of just hoping. ๐Ÿ“ˆ Been betting casually for about 3 years but never seriously. No tracking, no system, no idea if I was actually up or down (probably down). Considering myself a complete beginner when it comes to doing this properly. ๐Ÿ’ช Stop losing money. Learn the basics โ€” bankroll, value, what bets actually have edge. Be able to look at a match and know if it's worth a bet or not. That's it. Not trying to quit my job betting, just want to enjoy it without it being a slow drain.
