Go to your kitchen and pick up three items you eat regularly (a sauce, a snack, or a "healthy" bar). Turn them around and ignore the marketing on the front. We are looking for the Source Code.
The Audit Checklist:
- Find the Spies: Do you see any Seed Oils (Canola, Soybean, Vegetable, Sunflower) or Hidden Sugars (Maltodextrin, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Agave)?
- Observe the Feeling: How does it feel to finally see what’s actually inside the package versus what the "Halo" promised you?
Don't panic if your pantry is full of them. This isn't about guilt; it’s about Sovereignty. You cannot change a system until you understand how it’s currently running.
