Hi all, Really pleased to be here and connect with others on a similar journey.

I’m Daniel Sheen—currently looking to grow a property portfolio with a focus on buy-to-lets and serviced accommodation. I’m looking to build steadily over the next year, with an emphasis on smart, sustainable growth.

I’m always keen to learn from others doing things differently whether that’s creative deal structures, sourcing off-market opportunities, or exploring potential JVs.

I believe there’s huge value in sharing ideas and working together.
