Manchester deal is a go🚀
The Manchester apartment deal is in progress 🤝 We linked up with Samuel who sourced this deal in Manchester for us. Myself and johnny are both business owners so we had the cash but not the time. Come Nov 1st it will be a different ball game for us as we will be dedicating every Monday to hounding estate agents and getting our own deals in Manchester!

@Corey Rees we linked up with Samuel after Wednesdays call (i think when you said during the call that we should all be linking up) we'll that worked! We bought this one to get us over the line as we dont have the time unitl November when we will be dropping to four day weeks so we can focus on hitting estate agents and landlord's on Mondays!
