Myself and Will have managed to sell a deal last week and it’s in the process of referencing with the buyer now, we are looking at picking up keys to our 2nd property tommorow in Swansea which we took on as a JV. Highly recommend writing the goals down it’s boosting our productivity just by looking at it 🤣

Me, Will, Steven, Connor and Brandon were prepared to do a JV and actually had a hotel viewing yesterday. Videos being sent but I just want to let you know we didn’t move forward because the area was awful, very dangerous we actually got approached because someone thought we must be police. Pretty much just trying to say the numbers may look good but there is loads of different factors to check one being safety!
