Morning all.
I would like your thoughts on investing in a property that is 3hrs + away from where you live?
I am currently looking further north as the property prices are massively cheaper & rents are still at a good price.
What do you think, pain in the arse or worth the punt?
Is anyone here doing something similar?
Please comment below & give me some inspiration.
