Hello Everyone! I’m new here.. I’m from Baltimore, Maryland. And I’ve been wanting to learn the wholesale process for a very long time now. I was up late last night and seen the video on Tictok explaining how to do wholesale. Terre explains it in a simple way. I was excited that I seen her video. I’m ready to learn the ropes and get started.

Wholesaling is not the end. It's a means to an end. Some people use wholesaling as a business model, but most use it as a strategy to break into real estate investing. You wholesale a few deals and buy a property. You do this enough times, you can build a nice portfolio. You also use it as an exit strategy for a deal. If the numbers don't work for you as an investor, you can wholesale the deal to another cash investor. Why, because if you don't use cash, the deal doesn't always make sense, because of interest rates, but it can make sense for a cash buyer.
