The Truth About Wholesaling
Wholesaling is not the end. It's a means to an end.
Some people use wholesaling as a business model, but most use it as a strategy to break into real estate investing.
You wholesale a few deals and buy a property. You do this enough times, you can build a nice portfolio.
You also use it as an exit strategy for a deal. If the numbers don't work for you as an investor, you can wholesale the deal to another cash investor. Why, because if you don't use cash, the deal doesn't always make sense, because of interest rates, but it can make sense for a cash buyer.
