Week 1 challenge: Something you used to love but haven’t done in a long time
Here is what I have done so far. A nice 2.6 mile (weighted with ~45 lbs) Ruck on Saturday along with a gnarly leg workout yesterday. The ruck is also something I have always enjoyed, but haven't made the time for lately. Let's see what everyone else has got going on, we can do this y'all!
