What is holding you back from Launching a Skool?

Before I launched a Facebook community 10 years ago.... my biggest fear was always, "Who am I to lead a community? Why would others join?"

So I started a small group with mostly industry friends (even snuck in some family members).

My thought was "If I start small; it will be easier + less risk to me."

I took the plunge and started a Facebook group.

Then I posted some questions.

Then some more ideas.

Then some fascinating articles or free online resources.

And low and behold the community started to grow.

And with that my confidence started to grow too.

I began to realize... that I could contribute and or lead meaningful conversations or trainings inside a community.

The rest really becomes history.

Sometimes just sharing out loud helps you to best understand yourself so you can decide if it's worth it to move forward anyways.
