🍄 5 Things I've learned Growing Skool to 178 PAID Members
You can't miss this and these updates if you are on Skool.... Visionaries... today I wanted to share some DEEP insight as to what is working to grow our community. This is a FAST ACTION breakdown to help you grow your Skool faster. ✅ 1). Start FREEMIUM then go to TIERS - The freemium plan allows members to join on the "standard" level free - When your standard level plan is free; your community is displayed as "FREE" - This increases member enrollment - Each member = a lead (make sure you have your community questions turned on and that you ask for an email when someone knew joins to grow your email list) - You can still have Premium + VIP membership levels where you charge - You can still monetize on the freemium plan - It's just easier to grow to 40-50 members to build momentum - With 40-50 prospects in your community you build touch points with every post you share - Once inside your community you can make private/ mid ticket / high ticket offers to those 40-50 members ✅ 2). Switch to a LOW TICKET TIERS MODEL after you have 40-50 members - Once you have built up momentum in your community you can switch to the "tiers model" - People will see you have 40 members inside before they join - Now you can charge for the standard level - Start low ticket - You want to keep momentum going - You can always raise your prices later ✅ 3). Build Your Community 1 Day at a time - You don't need 100 courses inside to start - Decide on 1 mini-course for starters - Record a single 5-8 minute video for the course daily - After a week; your first mini-course will be complete - Even when you have just one video in an uncompleted course... mock up the future lessons that are to be recorded, push them live in your classroom, and add notes such as "Coming soon" to build anticipation ✅ 4). Dedicate 10 minute per day to Posting to Your community - It's better to show up with little updates daily & consistently - You don't always have to add value - Ask questions of your members - Respond to comments - Encourage conversation - Make it fun and light

🍄 How to Setup Skool Facebook Ads - Mini Course
Visionaries... want to grow your Skool membership with a tiny $2-$5/day ad budget? A tiny ad budget goes a long way to bring you consistent new members with minimal effort. This is proven with our own community, "The 10 Minute Skool Growth Challenge" and for members in other niches. So today... I bring you a brand new free training, "Full Setup of Skool Facebook ads". Before we dive in.... here's what you should know... Most people running Skool Facebook ads are doing it completely blind — no tracking, no pixel, no idea what's actually converting. This training changes that. Here's what we walk through step by step: - ✅ How to install the Meta Pixel on your Skool community {yes, even the settings most people skip} - ✅ Setting up a Sales conversion campaign optimized for purchases — even on a tiny budget - ✅ Creating simple direct-response image ads using cartoons + Canva + AI - ✅ How to turn off most of Facebook's "AI enhancements" that quietly burn your money - ✅ Testing multiple ads at once and spotting winners vs losers by cost per purchase Whether you've never run a Facebook ad or you've tried and wasted money... This training walks you through it from scratch. One pixel. One campaign. Simple image ads that actually convert. Best of all? You don't need any special funnel building skills. When you have a Skool community; your "about page" becomes your funnel! So you don't need to be some fancy funnel builder or designer. The best strategy is to run ads directly to your about page. Should you run a 7-day Skool Free Trial?
I turned on a 7-day free trial for our Skool group & this happened... Visionaries... I ran a little experiment. I turned on a 7-day free trial for my Skool community. And then I tracked EVERYTHING. Conversion rates. Traffic sources. Month-over-month numbers. What worked. What didn't. And I put it all in a brand new free YouTube video for you. Here's what you're going to discover: ✅ - The #1 highest-converting traffic source into my Skool community {hint: it's not what most people think} ✅ - The exact 3 pinned posts you need set up before you flip on a free trial ✅ - A simple biweekly post that kills churn before it even starts ✅ - How I use DMs + auto-messages to onboard new members on autopilot ✅ - The one course organization mistake that causes free trial members to leave And here's the stat that shocked even me... Once members commit past the free trial? 98% retention rate. That's not a typo. The free trial isn't risky — it's actually a conversion machine when set up correctly. I averaged a 66% free-trial conversion rate across the months I was actively running this. And I'm giving you the full breakdown — no fluff, no pitch — just real numbers and the 3 strategies to use to ensure you have a high free-trial conversion rate to paying client. If you want access to this brand new free training... (about 10 minutes long) Comment, "Skool" down below and I'll send it over via DM. 👇
