5-minute Reset:
Releasing over-functioning, over-giving, sacrificing our wants and needs for others. That self-abandonment energy lives as tension in the neck, upper back, shoulders, so we are stretching, releasing and moving that out of the body, so that the inclination to do that ENDS.

I found old voice notes I left myself for when it became difficult to remember why I broke off my toxic relationship of 5 years.. When I would drown in self-doubt & guilt & shame about everything I did wrong… When I’d spiral with anxiety about what he was doing, was he going out, who was he seeing - even though I didn’t want to be with him. I talk about why they didn’t fully work but why they were still an invaluable part of the healing process 👇🏻
