💬 Community Guidelines: How We Keep This Space Safe, Supportive & Spam-Free
💬 WELCOME TO THE UNHACKABLE NURSE COMMUNITY This is a safe space for nurses to learn, share, grow, and protect themselves—without judgment, without spam, without drama. These guidelines exist to protect YOU and this community. Read them before posting. Follow them always. Report violations when you see them. Let's build something stronger together. 🛡️ 🎯 OUR COMMUNITY VALUES Before we get to the rules, here's what we stand for: 1. Safety First Your digital security matters. Your nursing license matters. Your peace of mind matters. We prioritize protection over everything. 2. No Judgment We've ALL made security mistakes. Reused passwords. Clicked suspicious links. Posted questionable content. There's no shame here—only support. 3. Real Solutions, Not Fear We don't panic. We don't shame. We solve problems with expert-backed strategies and community accountability. 4. Nurses Supporting Nurses This isn't a corporate webinar. It's a community of healthcare workers who GET IT. We speak your language. We understand your schedule. We've been where you are. 5. Progress Over Perfection You don't need to be a tech expert. You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need to show up and take ONE step forward. That's enough. ✅ COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (The Rules) 1️⃣ BE RESPECTFUL (Always) What This Means: ✅ Treat everyone with kindness (even if you disagree) ✅ Assume good intentions (people are here to learn, not to attack) ✅ Disagree without being disagreeable (you can challenge ideas without attacking people) ✅ Support, don't shame (someone admits they reused passwords? Say "Let's fix that" not "How could you be so stupid?") What's NOT Okay: ❌ Personal attacks ("You're an idiot," "Why are you even here?") ❌ Trolling (deliberately provocative comments meant to start fights) ❌ Dismissive responses ("Just Google it," "This is common sense," "Figure it out yourself") ❌ Sarcasm that hurts (friendly teasing is fine—meanness disguised as humor is not)
