If you're here, you’re probably overwhelmed, so let’s keep this simple. Your challenge: Spend 5 minutes reconnecting with the real you today. Here are a few ways: - Step outside and put your hand on your heart - Write one sentence in a journal that starts with “What I need right now is…” - Look yourself in the eye (in a mirror) and say: “I’m still here.” Then come back here and comment with one word:👉 How did it feel? You don’t need "fixing'. (spoiler alert, you aren't broken, there is nothing wrong with you...) You just need to feel like yourself again.
