The goals we set are the goals we get.
As we come to the end of the year, a lot of us start thinking about what we want to accomplish in the year ahead. 2026 is around the corner, and I’d love to hear what goals you are setting for yourself.
I’ll go first…
For 2026, I want to become a fitter, healthier, and better version of myself. I’m starting a new resistance-training routine to build more muscle..not just for looks, but because as we get older our muscle mass naturally begins to decline. I’m also getting back into road work (running) and being more mindful about what I’m eating.
On top of that, I’ll be doing a course on food prep and batch cooking, because time is valuable and I want to make healthy choices easier.
