We’ve just wrapped up our first of the ongoing weekly live training sessions. In this session we started with some stick and knife combinations that are perfect for solo training, so you can practice them anytime even if you don’t have a training partner. 💪
A small heads up — the audio isn’t the best on this first recording. I’ll be hooking up my mic for the next session so the sound quality will be much better going forward. 🎙🎛
Remember, all of these sessions will be recorded and saved inside the community. So if you can’t make it live because of work commitments or unsociable hours, you’ll still be able to watch the replay and train along at your own pace whenever it suits you.
