Rather than guessing a time that works…
I’d rather have YOU help choose it.
Possible session times (UK):
• Monday – 11:00am
• Thursday – 11:00am
• Friday – 11:00am
Sessions will rotate through:
single stick, double stick, staff, nunchaku, empty hand, knife, footwork, and conditioning.
Train live if you can.
Catch the replay if you can’t.
But the key is consistency.
