Feedback for Journaling Class 1
Hellooo gang - thank ya'll so much for attending class one of Your Page is a Portal 😻🫶🏼 I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did LOL. I am so proud of everyone for how much ya'll accomplished today, how deep and vulnerable you got, and for just showing up for yourselves!!
Catch class 2 next week where we will dive deeper into our emotions, learn to process + regulate them, and see what the brain dumps really mean.
