Just for fun
This made me laugh. DeArrow is a browser extension that crowdsources less sensational YouTube title and thumbnails.
So people replace the existing titles and thumbnails with more useful and honest ones and the people who use the extension get those instead.
It's not exactly gonna scale but I think it's fun that this exists. And makes me feel a little less alone in my dislike of playing the YT game.
