There's more than a few reasons you're broke, and a lot of it has to do with your relationship with MONEY and your view of the PRICE of things. (Specifically, how you price YOUR things!)

Business health can be measured by a lot of things, these metrics are often referred to as KPIs (Key Peformance Indicators). Much like measuring blood pressure or body fat percentage, it's an indication of the overall health of a business. What KPIs are you familiar with in your Accounting Function? Which ones do you track? Which ones do you think you SHOULD track but don't? (no judgment here... it can be a struggle!)
