🚨 Challenge: Week of January 11, 2026
I asked and you answered... We will be kicking off the first weekly challenge of 2026 with an exercise / physical activity challenge (followed up by a food/eating challenge as that received the second most votes).
➡️For this week the challenge will be to perform at least 4 workouts! ⬅️
Track it. Log it. Share it with the group with posts.
Let everyone know what you are doing and how it is going for you!
My bias is that the 4 workouts consistent of strength training (see the attached file for a sample program or check out this post from Isaiah)💪🔥
However, if running for hybrid training is more your speed AND you have a plan.... keep it up! Still track it. Log it. Share it with the group with posts.
Quitter's Day is behind us and it is time to stay consistent and build life changing habits!
