THURSDAY BEGINNER TIP: BURN ISSUES
Your cigar is burning unevenly and you're frustrated. Don't worry — this is one of the most common issues and it's totally fixable.
**THE PROBLEM:**
Uneven burn means one side is burning faster than the other. It's annoying but it's not a disaster.
**THE CAUSES:**
🔹 Uneven lighting (didn't toast the foot evenly)
🔹 Humidity issues (cigar was too wet or too dry)
🔹 Wind (smoking outside affects burn)
🔹 Your puffing pattern (smoking too fast on one side)
🔹 The cigar itself (sometimes it happens)
**THE FIX:**
✅ Let it burn naturally for a moment
✅ Gently tap the ash off
✅ If it's still uneven, use a lighter to touch up the slower side
✅ Puff evenly and let it correct itself
✅ If it's really bad, just let it go and smoke a better cigar next time
**WHEN TO GIVE UP:**
❌ If the burn is severely tunneling (burning down the middle)
❌ If it keeps getting worse no matter what you do
❌ If the flavor has gone stale
**PRO TIP:**
