Really excited to drop this to you all, over the years i have experimented with so much, iv had the luxury to get education from things like StrongFit, The Art Of Breath, Somatic Therapy, and of course 13 years of CrossFit. Over time I have had this idea to combine everything into a training style that complements the unification of the body, the nervous system, and the mind. SoverignFIT is that, my brain child on a new system of training. Im taking myself through 3 months of it first to make sure it does exactly what i want and once it's ready to go i'm going to drop it in here for you all in this community first. Here is just a taste of what a strength focused day would look like, remember its not about WHAT you do it's about how you are doing it and thats this system in a nutshell.
