Second step issue
What’s the best way to fix a floaty second step in acceleration? I think I'm over-swinging, which makes it hard to punch down quickly, which also cause my hamstring tension (left).

Forward Hip Projection
How do I project my hips straight forward as opposed to forward and vertical during my first 3 steps (especially my first step). I started off projecting forward but then it almost felt as if I projected too much and hence started projecting vertically (aka reaching??): which could explain why my shin angle is so vertical on the first step.
