Great News 🔥
It all started with me buying Ja a car from a private seller who posted his car in the community group. A couple weeks later he inboxed me asking how much I would charge to teach him English. He is Brazilian. During one of our lessons, he told me he was a software engineer. 💥 And just like that, we became business partners… He is creating my social and emotional gamified app. I sketched out this super dope idea for schools last year but didn’t know where to even begin looking for a trusted app developer, so I just kept perfecting the idea. Message🗣️🗣️God is our endless supplier. Our job is to focus on the what it is that we desire and he will focus on the how🙌🏾 He always brings you who and what you need. My client/bp just showed me the prototype, and I’m super excited about it. He needs a couple more months to finish it, but Im about to start pitching to schools now. To all of my teacher friends 🗣️ you and your students are gonna love this🔥🔥💫 If you are an educator, school social worker, or school admin, let me know in the comments so I can add you to the waitlist to beta test the app!
I’ve been quiet... but this is worth the wait!
Senior year—college apps, college tours, scholarship apps, senior ball, senior events, driving lessons, planning a graduation party, coming to terms with almost being an empty nester PLUS full-time teaching middle school Self-Love, Creative Writing, and Study Skills classes, hosting parenting classes- WHEW, it zapped all of my brain cells 😩 that’s why I was MIA! But I’mmmmmmm backkkkkkkk with something exciting to share!! What if your child had a coach for confidence, or resilience, or how about leadership? This would’ve changed everything when we were kids, right? Well this summer, let me be your child’s coach. I will be teaching the essential social and emotional skills that are NOT taught in schools. After years of teaching students, coaching, and supporting families, I created something I wish every child had access to: ➡️ A safe, fun space to grow emotionally ➡️ A coach who listens, teaches, and challenges them ➡️ A community of peers where they can be seen and supported Introducing 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁Power Pods! Weekly group coaching for kids ages 6–18. My 18 year-old will also be coaching the teen pod 🔥 There are 5 pods. Each pod consists of 4 weekly sessions. Each pod focuses on one of five key areas: - Confidence Crew – self-esteem & self-expression - Kindness Kingdom – empathy & compassion - Real Talk Tribe – emotional awareness & communication - Mindset Masters – resilience & growth mindset - Limitless Leaders – purpose, values, & decision-making 📍45-minute Zoom sessions 📍Grouped by age Investment: Join each pod for only $47 OR join unlimited pods for $137 🎉🎉 It’s a new kind of coaching experience for kids—and I’d love for your family to be part of it. I even have something for the parents that will make these pods even more effective, but I’ll tell you more about that when we chat. 👉🏾 Ready to learn more and register? Just hit me up via dm on Skool or if you’re reading this in your email, hit reply. 🥂Cheers to raising emotionally healthy, healed, and happy kids—on purpose 💕

Welcome to The Parent S.P.O.T. where parents have the shared goal- to be HEALTHY, HEALED, AND HAPPY and raise emotionally healthy, healed, and happy children. The S.P.O.T stands for Strategies, Progress, Opportunities, Transformation. That is what this spot is about. Listen, we all know that parenting ain't for the faint of heart. If you are here, you have been a parent for a while now. You aren't new to this, you are true to this. But you may be new to being a middle school parent or a teen parent. That's when it gets real spicy 🔥🔥 People have different opinions, beliefs, and ideas. Keep the goal in mind. We want to evolve from what isn't serving us as parents. We want to level up in all areas, most importantly parenting. We want to break generational parenting curses. We want to minimize burn out while still being active parents. We want to raise emotionally healthy children who don't need to drop a bag on therapy to heal from their upbringing. We want to raise self-sufficient kids who make good choices and grow up to be successful and happy. We want...we want...we want... As parents of tween and teens, we know that we don't have that much time left before our influence will diminish. Our children will be off into the world soon. So we wonder: are we doing enough, teaching enough, modeling enough? Are we enough? Sometimes these things keep us up at night, so we seek and search for answers, for validation, for just a listening ear. The S.P.O.T is here for you...for us. But in order to chill at this spot, there are some rules of engagement. Please adhere to these rules, so this space can be all that (and a bag of chips 😂) and more for parents. (See rules below.) We hit the goals that we set out to achieve which is why we are called the "Healthy Hittas." I mean we could be called "Healthy, Healed and Happy Hittas" but that's way too long. How about "3H3 Hittas"? No? Okay, we'll stick to "Healthy Hittas". But just to let you know my education consulting business is called 3H3 which stands for Healthy, Healed, and Happy. Fun fact, 33 means master teacher, hence the name 3H3. Any way, let me stay focused...more on that later.
Goals
As we approach the end of the year, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on the goals we set. Whether personal, professional, or parental. Every step forward is worth celebrating. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect. Whether you crushed your goals or faced some challenges, growth is happening, and that’s what matters 💪🏾 What personal, professional, and/or parental goals have you accomplished this year?
Goals
Two 6th graders, Two Different Voices, Two Different Worlds
My class wrote a poem about their beautiful truth. Here are two different poems by two different girls. Poem 1: Me…a haiku You do not know me. I’ll always swim in self hate. Surrounded by it. ………………………………… Poem 2: Happy…an acrostic Happy is a superpower A power that’s special Power that’s different Power that brings joy and love You can be happy, you should be happy, you have the power ………………………………………….. The difference? Perspective, self-awareness, emotional intelligence Now, think about your own child. Are they more like the haiku or the acrostic? Are they swimming in self-doubt, or do they radiate confidence and love? Here’s the beautiful truth: Life will challenge your child. There will be moments of self-doubt, comparison, and struggle. But with the right skills, your child can learn to navigate those moments and emerge stronger, happier, and more resilient. That’s why my Self-Love class is more than a class—it’s a lifeline. And that’s why I turned that class into a whole mentorship program and made it available beyond the walls of the classroom. I teach middle schoolers: * How to silence self-doubt and practice self-compassion. * How to identify and use their strengths to grow confidence. * How to develop emotional resilience and set boundaries. Every child deserves to see themselves through the lens of possibility, not pain. Give your child the tools to rewrite their story. Whether they are the haiku or the acrostic today, they can learn to step into their full potential. If your pre-teen or teen needs to turn “I’ll always swim in self-hate” into “I have the power” enroll them in my Self-Love Mentorship. Message me for a link to my calendar.
