Start Here: Welcome to The Space Between Moments
Welcome. I'm truly glad you're here. Most of us live moving so fast we barely notice the moments passing. We're chasing answers to problems that might not even exist, feeling anxious or stuck without knowing why. The Space Between Moments is different. This is a calm, judgment‑free space to step into the quiet "gap" between all that rushing. A place to slow down, breathe deeply, and gently remember who you really are. We're not here to fix each other or rush to change. We're here to reflect, grow slowly, and support one another. A few simple intentions for this space: - Focus on your own growth, not correcting others - Kindness, curiosity, and respect for every path - Small honest steps over perfection or quick fixes How to use this community: - Read: Take your time, no pressure to participate immediately - Reflect: Notice what resonates, what stirs something inside - Share: When ready, share your experiences and insights What you'll find here: - Short videos sharing calm insights and reflections - Music threads to connect with what you feel - Gentle prompts to help you slow down and notice - Over time, curated playlists and meditative tools What I ask: - Let others be who they are—no judgment or fixing - Share from your experience, not harsh advice - Be patient with yourself and the pace of growth Your first step: Go to the "Introduce Yourself" post below and say hello when you're ready. You're welcome here exactly as you are. I hope you have a great day being you.

Introduce Yourself: Where Are You Right Now?
I'd love to welcome you properly. This isn't about achievements or creating a perfect profile—it's about sharing where you are and what brought you here. When you feel ready, share something in the comments below. Keep it simple. Answer any of these that speak to you: - What's life feeling like for you right now? - What made you curious about The Space Between Moments? - What would you like to feel more of? (calm, clarity, connection, freedom...) - Where does life feel too fast or noisy for you? - One word that describes who you're becoming You can share: ✅ Just your first name + one sentence ✅ A song that captures your current mood ✅ Nothing at all—you're welcome to just read When you reply to others: - "I see you" is enough - Simple encouragement works best - No fixing, just witnessing If you see someone else's introduction that resonates, a gentle reply like "Thank you for sharing" or "I feel that too" makes this space feel alive. No pressure to overshare. Scroll, breathe, share when it feels right. I'm grateful you're here.

A Song That Found Me and Stopped Me in My Tracks
Yesterday I heard this song: Three Seconds To Goodbye by ZionRay ft Shea. It literally stopped me in my tracks. I was completely overwhelmed by it. That may or may not be true for you too when you listen to it. I can only tell you that music moves me, and it sometimes grabs my complete attention and focus. There’s something in the lyrics about a goodbye that wasn’t said, just silence on a phone call, holding onto a breath, stuck in between… It pulled me right into a feeling I didn’t even know was there. For me, it captures that quiet ache of letting go, but also the beauty of just noticing what’s happening without rushing to fix it. This was one of those "moments" that simply captured my complete attention and focus, and I drifted off into a daydreaming-like state, completely relaxed where nothing was able to interrupt the moment. Listen if you feel like it, when you have a moment. For me, it was better with earbuds or headphones because of the depth of sound. https://youtu.be/6rwdNL5k4PE?si=J1_BZHjqoSrJMeEI. After you listen (or if you skip the song and just want to share), I’d love to hear from you: - Is there a song that does this for you? One that pulls you out of the rush, drops you into a feeling, or makes you remember something deep? - If you’re willing, share the song (link it here) and a few words about what it brings up for you. No right or wrong answers. No need to analyze or explain. Just music, feeling, and noticing what’s already inside us. For me, this "stuck in between" is the perfect example of accidentally finding the space between moments. Three deep breaths, and I felt amazing. Thanks for being here. I hope you have a great day being you.

A Free Gratitude Journal for all of our Members
Here is a gift to express my gratitude and my wish for you to find the things for which you can express gratitude. Use this free tool to remind yourself of the great blessings in your life, even the small ones, such as having clean water to drink. Just co to the Classroom to get it, or click here. When we live our lives at a rushed pace, we often overlook the little things (and sometimes the big ones too) for which we should be grateful. I hope that you will enter this weekend finding things in your life for which you are grateful. Start by downloading the journal, then take a few minutes to look through it to get the flavor of what it's all about. Then, grab a cup of comfort (coffee, tea, etc.) if you like, find a quiet space, take a few deep breaths, and see if there is at least one thing for which you can express gratitude today. This is about you and your calmness and happiness. So, please take a beat, catch your breath, and find the space between moments to remember who you are, to explore who you are becoming, and to find things in everyday life for which to be grateful. To help a bit further, please share below one thing (or multiple things) that give you that feeling of gratitude. Sometimes when we share it really enhances the experience. No pressure, of course, but feel free to join in if you wish. Either way, I hope you can put this journal to use. I also hope that you enjoy your weekend and that you remember to always enjoy being you!
