Welcome to The Peace Laboratory Community!
This is a space to support what you’re learning and help you bring the practices into real life. You can ask questions, share what you’re noticing, celebrate progress, and connect with others doing the same work. 1. Use the Tabs to Keep Things Organized Each tab connects to a specific module or practice. When you post, choose the tab that best matches what you’re working on. Just click the tab first, then write your post. 2. Share What You’re Noticing This community is here to support the practice, not to keep worry stories going. Instead of only retelling everything that happened, try to include what you noticed and how you worked with it. For example: “I noticed the ‘Not Enough Time’ story today. I labeled it, took a few breaths, and came back to the present.” You can talk about difficult experiences here. The goal is to use the space in a way that helps you move through them instead of getting more caught in the story. 3. You Never Have to Post You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you want. Reading, quietly practicing, and learning from other people’s experiences all count. Post when it feels helpful to you. 4. Share the Small Wins Too Progress doesn’t have to be dramatic. Maybe you caught a worry story sooner, relaxed your shoulders when you noticed yourself bracing, used the PCT in the middle of a stressful moment, or experienced a few seconds of real presence. Those moments matter, and they’re worth sharing. 5. Support Without Trying to Fix When someone shares something difficult, you don’t have to solve it for them. Unless they’re asking for advice, acknowledgment, encouragement, or sharing what resonated with you is often enough. I’ll be here to answer questions, offer guidance, and support the community as we practice together. Welcome to The Peace Laboratory. Take your time, practice at your own pace, and use this space in whatever way supports you best.

Somatic Release Discussion
Most of us were never taught how to actually FEEL an emotion. Instead, we tend to suppress it. After watching this module, take a moment to check in with your body. Where do you typically hold tension or emotional “body armor”? For me, it's usually in the solar plexus (underneath the breastbone) and on my chest. If you'd like, share what you noticed during Somatic Focusing or The Shake, even if it felt awkward! This gets easier with practice as your awareness develops, so stay dedicated to the practice, even if it feels a little odd.

AI Discussion
This is where we begin using AI as an External Brain. After completing your Data Dump, what pattern or limiting belief did it reveal that you hadn’t clearly seen before? Share what surprised you or what clicked when you saw your worry loop reflected to you objectively.

PCT Protocol
I used the PCT when I was behind a really slow truck on a back road. I caught the ego as it tried to create a story about me being late. I immediately labeled it "slow driver story has arrived" and continued the protocol. I listened to the Nada and neutrally labeled it, while doing my 4-4-8 breathing and affirmed "I am the awareness." I have noticed that the ego gives up a lot faster the more you use the PCT. It may be difficult in the beginning, but don't give up! Keep training that muscle.💪

My Nada Frequency
The tone is high pitched. The sound is constant, but it varies in volume. It's more noticeable in silence.
