Self-Care Challenge Day 21: Honoring What Your Body Has Told You This Week
In this week's challenge (rebooting your body), we stayed with the body. The focus was on listening to your body rather than pushing through. By now, you may have noticed how much your body carries: stress, adaptation, fatigue, resilience. Rebooting the body is not about starting over. It’s about restoring relationships, noticing signals, respecting limits, and offering support before depletion takes over.
Your Reflection:
• What is my body asking for more of right now?
• Where am I pushing past my limits without noticing?
• What helps me feel even slightly more resourced?
• What does “enough” feel like in my body?
• What would it mean to work with my body instead of against it?
If it feels supportive, you’re welcome to share:
• One practice you returned to this week
• One body signal you noticed
• One small shift that helped
• Or simply an emoji that reflects how your body feels today
Poll: This week, rebooting my body looked like…
🟦 Making small adjustments
🟩 Paying closer attention to my body’s signals
🟨 Letting go of pressure
🟪 Still trying to figure it out
