A Journey into Reflective Practice
This course creates space to slow down and revisit reflective practice in the context of real work shaped by systems, power, constraint, and responsibility. It introduces reflexivity as a way of noticing how our positions, values, assumptions, and social locations shape how we understand and act in practice. Reflection and reflexivity are explored together to support learning from experience, stay connected to values, and hold complexity without oversimplifying or individualizing systemic issues
