Live Chat: Week 1 of Branches & Leaves: The Reflective Tree Challenge
Hi everyone,
Today, we had our Live Coffee-Meet-n-Chat session to reflect on the Week 1 challenge as it wrapped up. I had to cut the live session short due to attendance, but I recorded a quick 5-minute reflection where I shared my own experiences from Week 1—just some honest, rambling thoughts about what came up for me as I practiced noticing what I bring into the moment.
