As I said I feel I just have to post this here mates. Todays I didn’t want to workout out. I always workout out like first thing in the morning and we’ll last night I didn’t sleep that week so I was a bit tired and for the first time like I was actually gonna say like nah I just won’t do it todays yet I said no I’m not gonna miss out today just do warm up. And that’s what I did I put my headphones on and before I knew it a finished my entire workout and the most impressive part of all which I was not expecting is that my workout results for today were just skyrocket like wow mates. I always do the final set of each exercise till failure and in that last sets I did like extra 4-6 reps per exercise! That’s something I was not expecting. So never give up mates even if you don’t feel like it you might be giving up on incredible results. ;-)
