How do I start calisthenics.
So, I just recovered from a joint infection and during my illness I got very weak, i want help with exercise plan I can to do 3 days a week, currently I can do only 2 pushups, 15 incline and scapular pull ups I didn't try squats as infection was in my leg, so help me for exercises that actually work.
