Help on doomscrolling and fitness
Hello everyone . I have my exams from 17 feb and i need to study daily a lot but i just scroll on my phone and laptop almost all day . where i should study 6 -8 hrs i do very less . Would rly love some suggestion on this matter . for context i am 16 . Give some practical solutions or anything u could help with . would rly appreciate it .
Abt fitness is i am more towards skinny and want to improve on my physique . I dont go to gym but have dumbell in my house and One type of machine ( not technically ) which is made of 3-4 rods so i can do pull up and some other stuff on it . My main aim is to not be skinny and just gain strength . It is not to be all jacked or to get muscular but just to get strong so atleast i can fight or protect myself . I can do 30 pushups in a line (idk if it is in the right manner or not ) . Would love some ideas or things which i can start with as i just do push up at night for 5 mins and that it all what i do in a day ..
