I often feel very frustrated and angry when my day doesn't go as planned. For example when I want to wake up early but then hit snooze and sleep longer than I wanted my whole day is kind of "ruined" because of that. I feel very unproductive and then it causes a chain reaction and I start scrolling and procrastinating my tasks. Basically whole day gets destroyed because of one small thing. I wonder if you also experienced the same thing and if you have any advice what I can do against it.
