đ¨ Having trouble with notifications? Read this! đ¨
A few of you have mentioned youâre not getting Skool notifications right awayâor only seeing them when I post. Here are some quick fixes so you donât miss anything happening in the group:
1. Check your Skool settings
- Go to your profile (top right corner) â Settings â Notifications
- Make sure comments, replies, and posts are toggled on
2. Check your phone settings
- On iPhone/Android â Settings â Notifications â Skool
- Turn Allow Notifications on, and make sure itâs not set to âDeliver Quietlyâ
3. Follow specific posts
- See a post you want to keep up with? Tap the bell icon on it â choose âAll Activityâ so youâll get alerts when anyone comments, not just the original poster
4. Check your email
- Sometimes Skool notifications go to Spam or Promotions. Move them into your inbox so you donât miss them
5. Update or reinstall the app
- If youâre on the Skool app, make sure itâs the latest version. A quick reinstall often fixes notification delays
