Hi everyone! 💛 My name is Donita Delaney, and I’m from Connecticut. I’m a mom of two who is passionate about learning, growing, and creating a better future for my family. Welcome to The SHINE Collective a community for women who are learning, growing, and building better futures for themselves and their families. I created this space because I know what it’s like to still be learning about yourself later in life while trying to balance life, family, work, goals, and everything in between. Like many women, I discovered that some of the things I struggled with weren’t because I was lazy or incapable. I was simply trying to navigate life without the right tools, systems, and support. As a mom, I realized that if I wanted to help my children build successful futures, I needed to keep building myself too.
