Welcome to the Community
Welcome everyone. I want to start by saying something very simple: Welcome home. Not welcome to another course. Not welcome to another self-improvement programme. Not welcome to another place where you need to fix yourself. Welcome home. Because if you are here, there is a good chance you have spent a large part of your life trying to become enough. Enough for love. Enough for approval. Enough for success. Enough for your family. Enough for your relationships. Enough for God. Enough for yourself. And maybe you’ve worked incredibly hard. You’ve read the books. Done the courses. Listened to the podcasts. Tried the therapies. Worked on yourself. Yet somehow the same patterns keep returning. The overthinking. The anxiety. The people-pleasing. The fear of rejection. The fear of abandonment. The need for control. The loneliness. The feeling that something is missing. The question is: What if there was never anything wrong with you in the first place? What if the problem isn’t that you are not enough? What if the problem is that you’ve been taught to believe that you are not enough? That question sits at the heart of everything we do here. The Remembering Tribe was created as a space for people who are ready to stop chasing and start remembering. Remembering who they were before the conditioning. Before the fear. Before the shame. Before the stories. Before the endless search for something outside themselves. My work combines systemic psychotherapy, family systems thinking, relationship dynamics, nervous system regulation, embodiment, awareness practices and spiritual remembrance. But at its heart, this community is about one simple movement: From “I Am Not Enough” to “I AM.” Over time you’ll hear me talk about three core beliefs that sit underneath so much human suffering. The first is: I do not have enough. The second is: I need attachment to be enough. The third is: I need control to be safe. These beliefs create many of the patterns that bring people here.

Read This First – Please Before Posting
READ THIS FIRST — PLEASE BEFORE POSTING Welcome to The Remembering Tribe. Before you jump in, I’d love you to take a few moments to read this. This community was created to be different. Most online spaces are built around advice, fixing, debating, convincing, comparing, and performing. This isn’t one of those spaces. The Remembering Tribe is a place where we slow down. A place where we become curious. A place where we learn to observe ourselves and one another with compassion rather than judgment. A place where we remember. What This Community Is This is a space for: • Learning and personal growth. • Self-reflection and awareness. • Relationship exploration. • Nervous system regulation. • Authentic connection. • Spiritual remembrance. • Supportive discussion. • Shared humanity. You do not need to be perfect here. You do not need to have the answers. You do not need to impress anyone. Simply come as you are. What This Community Is Not This community is not therapy. While many of the ideas shared here are informed by psychotherapy, this is an educational and transformational community. Please do not use this space as a substitute for professional mental health support, crisis services, medical advice, or psychotherapy. If you are experiencing significant distress or are in crisis, please seek appropriate professional support in your local area. Before You Post Please ask yourself: Am I sharing from a place of curiosity rather than certainty? Am I seeking understanding rather than validation? Am I speaking from my own experience rather than telling others what they should do? Am I contributing to connection rather than division? There are no perfect answers. Only deeper questions. Community Guidelines 1. Be kind. We all carry stories, wounds, fears, hopes and dreams that others cannot see. Lead with compassion. 1. Speak from your own experience. Use “I” statements whenever possible. Share what has been true for you rather than presenting opinions as universal truth.

Who This Community Is NOT For
WHO THIS COMMUNITY IS NOT FOR The Remembering Tribe is not for everyone. And that’s okay. Not every path is for every person. To honour the people this community is for, it’s important to be clear about who it is not for. This community may not be for you if: You Are Looking For Quick Fixes There are no magic formulas here. No seven-step hacks. No secret techniques that will instantly transform your life. Real transformation happens through awareness, practice, courage, and integration. If you’re looking for shortcuts, you may become frustrated. You Want Someone Else To Save You Many of us have spent years looking for the perfect partner, teacher, therapist, guru, programme, religion, or strategy that will finally make everything okay. This community is built on a different understanding. The person you are looking for is not outside of you. The deepest work is remembering your own authority, wisdom and wholeness. You Want Certainty More Than Curiosity We ask questions here. We explore. We challenge assumptions. We become curious about our stories, our beliefs and our patterns. If you need absolute certainty about everything, this may feel uncomfortable. You Want To Stay The Victim Of Your Story Your pain is real. Your wounds are real. Your experiences matter. But this is not a community that encourages people to build an identity around suffering. We honour our stories. We learn from our stories. But we are more than our stories. You Want To Fix Everyone Else One of the most common human patterns is focusing on what everyone else needs to change. Our partner. Our parents. Our children. Our boss. Our ex. Our friends. Our government. Our circumstances. This community invites a different question: “What is happening within me?” If you are unwilling to explore yourself, this may not be the right place. You Are Looking For Endless Spiritual Escapism Spiritual ideas can be beautiful. They can also become another way of avoiding ourselves.
