READ THIS FIRST — PLEASE BEFORE POSTING
Welcome to The Remembering Tribe.
Before you jump in, I’d love you to take a few moments to read this.
This community was created to be different.
Most online spaces are built around advice, fixing, debating, convincing, comparing, and performing.
This isn’t one of those spaces.
The Remembering Tribe is a place where we slow down.
A place where we become curious.
A place where we learn to observe ourselves and one another with compassion rather than judgment.
A place where we remember.
What This Community Is
This is a space for:
• Learning and personal growth.
• Self-reflection and awareness.
• Relationship exploration.
• Nervous system regulation.
• Authentic connection.
• Spiritual remembrance.
• Supportive discussion.
• Shared humanity.
You do not need to be perfect here.
You do not need to have the answers.
You do not need to impress anyone.
Simply come as you are.
What This Community Is Not
This community is not therapy.
While many of the ideas shared here are informed by psychotherapy, this is an educational and transformational community.
Please do not use this space as a substitute for professional mental health support, crisis services, medical advice, or psychotherapy.
If you are experiencing significant distress or are in crisis, please seek appropriate professional support in your local area.
Before You Post
Please ask yourself:
Am I sharing from a place of curiosity rather than certainty?
Am I seeking understanding rather than validation?
Am I speaking from my own experience rather than telling others what they should do?
Am I contributing to connection rather than division?
There are no perfect answers.
Only deeper questions.
Community Guidelines
- Be kind.
We all carry stories, wounds, fears, hopes and dreams that others cannot see.
Lead with compassion.
- Speak from your own experience.
Use “I” statements whenever possible.
Share what has been true for you rather than presenting opinions as universal truth.
- Respect differences.
People come from different cultures, backgrounds, spiritual traditions and life experiences.
Curiosity is welcome.
Judgment is not.
- No fixing.
One of the greatest gifts we can offer another person is presence.
Often people do not need advice.
They need to feel seen.
- Confidentiality matters.
What is shared in this community stays in this community.
Please honour the trust of others.
- Disagree respectfully.
Different perspectives are welcome.
Personal attacks are not.
- No promotion or spam.
Please do not advertise products, services, courses or communities without permission.
Introduce Yourself
When you’re ready, head over to the Introductions section and tell us:
• Your first name.
• Where you’re joining from.
• What brought you here.
• What you’re hoping to discover or remember.
You don’t need to tell your whole story.
One honest sentence is enough.
A Final Thought
Many people arrive here believing they are searching for something.
More confidence.
More certainty.
More love.
More peace.
More purpose.
Perhaps.
But what if the journey is not about finding something new?
What if it is about remembering what has always been here?
Welcome to The Remembering Tribe.
We’re glad you’re here.
Welcome home.
