Welcome!
If you’re here, something in you already knows there’s more than managing life from the neck up.
The Inhabited Body is a space for people who want to live yoga, not perform it.
Not fitness.
Not fixing.
Not spiritual bypassing.
This is about inhabiting your body — learning to listen, feel, and trust what’s already here.
You don’t need to become better, calmer, more spiritual, or more healed to belong here.
This community exists to support:
- inhabiting the body instead of living from the neck up
- meeting yourself with curiosity rather than control
- restoring trust in sensation, breath, and inner timing
- exploring the deeper dimensions of yoga and embodiment that don’t fit in gym spaces
My role here is not to perform or prescribe. It is to teach, guide, and speak truth as it moves through the body — with clarity, care, and trauma-competent language. Your role is simple:
- arrive as you are
- go at your own pace
- let your body lead
There is no hierarchy here. Start with the pinned embodiment drop-in when you’re ready. You don’t need to understand anything first. My Rebel Heart to Yours
