The body itself is a wish-fulfilling tree.
Not because it gives you what you think you want. But because it holds everything you've been searching for outside yourself—safety, wisdom, the capacity to feel fully alive.
We've been taught to manage it, override it, push through it. To treat sensation like static and the body like a vehicle we're stuck driving.
But what if the body isn't the problem? What if it's been the answer all along?
Every breath is an invitation. Every sensation, information. Every moment of returning to what you feel instead of what you think—that's the practice.
You don't need more willpower. You need more presence.
Back to the breath. Back to the body. That's the roadmap home.
From my rebel heart to yours,
Ambā Jai
