But here's the alchemical truth: Your shadow isn't garbage to be thrown out—it's raw material to be refined. The parts of you that you judge, reject, exile? Those are the parts with the most POWER locked inside them. The Alchemist doesn't run from shadow. He puts it in the crucible and applies heat until it transforms. Your prompt: "What part of myself have I been avoiding, judging, or trying to fix?" Not the surface stuff. The REAL shadow: - The rage you won't let yourself feel - The neediness you're ashamed of - The ambition you hide because it feels selfish - The vulnerability you armor against - The grief you've been running from for years Name it: "The part of me I've been avoiding is..." Share if you're brave enough. This is raw material. This is where the gold is hidden. The fire doesn't judge what you put in the crucible. Your prompt: "If you knew the transformation was already happening—if you trusted the fire was doing its work—what would become possible in your life?" Not "someday when I'm fixed." Not "if I just try harder." But if the alchemy is ALREADY underway... what opens up? - In your relationships? - In your work? - In your sense of self? Write it: "If I trusted my transformation, what becomes possible is..." Share below. Let yourself see the gold, even while you're still in the crucible. The fire doesn't discriminate. "What pattern keeps repeating in your life, no matter how much you try to change it?" This isn't about understanding it intellectually. The Alchemist doesn't analyze—he observes the raw material. Your prompt: Look at your relationships, your business, your inner life. Where do you keep running the same loop? - Same type of conflict with partners? - Same self-sabotage in your work? - Same avoidance pattern when things get real? Just name it. No fixing. No explaining. Just: "The pattern that keeps repeating is..." Share below. Raw and real. Remember: The Alchemist doesn't judge the lead. He just puts it in the crucible and applies heat.
