What to Expect in the Fire Pit:

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I'll drop a journal prompt designed to help you reflect, activate, and integrate. These aren't surface-level "what are you grateful for" prompts. These go deep.

Your job is simple:

Read the prompt
Sit with it (even just 5 minutes)
Share your reflection in the comments
Engage with other men's shares

Once a month, we'll host a live "Taste of Fire" session where you'll experience one of the 4 Protocols.

This is where you get to feel what facilitated transformation is like.

Between prompts, we'll drop educational content, resources, and community challenges.
