Say It, Then Pause
Did you practice giving one short direction or transition message—and then allowing time to process it?
Example:
“First backpack, then snack.”
Instead of immediately repeating or expanding the message, pause and notice what happens.
Action: Complete one sentence:
  • I practiced saying…
  • After I paused, I noticed…
  • Next time, I may adjust…
Share only a general, privacy-safe observation.
