How This Group Works
This group runs on one weekly habit.
You do three things.
1) ROLL CALL (VISIBILITY)
Post once per week using C.A.R.D.
C — Current state (one sentence)
A — Anxiety / mood (0–10)
R — Risk (what might trip you up this week)
D — Decision (one action you will take)
This is how you show up.
2) DAILY DRILL (PROGRESS)
Each day, one small action will be posted.
Your job:
  • Do it
  • Comment “Done” or post proof
Small wins rebuild trust in yourself.
3) CORNER CALL (CONNECTION)
Before you leave the group, support one other person.
Reply in their post with:
  • What you heard
  • One practical step
  • A calm nudge to follow through
Helping others changes you faster than focusing on yourself.
That’s it.
No essays, No fixing, No pressure.
If you miss a day, you come back the next.
