R — Risk (what might trip you up this week)
D — Decision (one action you will take)
This is how you show up.
2) DAILY DRILL (PROGRESS)
Each day, one small action will be posted.
Your job:
- Do it
- Comment “Done” or post proof
Small wins rebuild trust in yourself.
3) CORNER CALL (CONNECTION)
Before you leave the group, support one other person.
Reply in their post with:
- What you heard
- One practical step
- A calm nudge to follow through
Helping others changes you faster than focusing on yourself.
That’s it.
No essays, No fixing, No pressure.
If you miss a day, you come back the next.
