Intro
Hi everyone !
I had a spiritual awakening about 5 years ago and I've been cultivating my knowledge practically ever since. I get some imposter syndrome when it comes to reiki since I haven't had a teacher, it came intuitively, but I've helped a few friends along the way. I haven't only looked into reiki, but a handful of things- chakras, crystals, energy work, qi gong, breathwork, becoming trauma informed, looking into generational healing, the works. It's been so enticing.
My intentions are to continue to heal and help others along the way.
