🌳 Days 4–5 – Returning to Your Inner Ground [21-Day Self-Reiki]
Hello everyone, and welcome to Days 4 and 5. At this point in the journey, we begin to shift from the energy of starting into the quiet rhythm of continuing. This is where the process of rooting in begins— with each day, each breath, each return to presence, something inside you begins to settle. ✨ Intention for Days 4–5: I find my ground by showing up as I am. (Optional variation: With each breath, I grow more steady in myself, or, I become more rooted each time I show up.) 🪷 Practice focus: As you move through your self-Reiki sessions, bring awareness to your lower body—feet, legs, hips, and lower back. These are the places that help us feel safe, grounded, and supported. At each hand placement, pause and connect with your breath. Notice the rise and fall beneath your hands. With every exhale, imagine your energy settling down and spreading like roots into the earth. 🖊️ Optional Journal Prompt: What does “showing up as I am” mean for me right now? (You might return to this question tomorrow and see how it shifts.) 🌟 A Note for the Journey Ahead: As we move forward, the daily posts may shift to a slower rhythm—giving you more space to connect with your inner guidance. Intro
Hi everyone ! I had a spiritual awakening about 5 years ago and I've been cultivating my knowledge practically ever since. I get some imposter syndrome when it comes to reiki since I haven't had a teacher, it came intuitively, but I've helped a few friends along the way. I haven't only looked into reiki, but a handful of things- chakras, crystals, energy work, qi gong, breathwork, becoming trauma informed, looking into generational healing, the works. It's been so enticing. My intentions are to continue to heal and help others along the way. Thanks for having me I'm excited to dive deeper into reiki with this community 😌

@Petronella Gerber thank you 😌 I've definitely lived in my own world of darkness - a small life time of depression It didn't necessarily go away with my spiritual awakening but it gave me that awareness of the light that I had completely forgotten about - like how they say we forget everything with reincarnation Walking through the dark has brought me a lot of wisdom and growth and the light continues to become brighter I look forward to sharing our experiences as healers 😊
