Wherever your attention is right now….bring it back to the breath.
Feel your breath.
Feel your body in the seat or on the ground.
Nothing else needs your awareness in this moment. Literally take a break from what you’re doing and just sit with a few soft gentle inhales and exhales.
When attention returns to the body, the system resets.
You need daily ques & structure consistently out the day so you can continue to ground and be back at the breath.
Overtime time you will see how powerful that is to the body and to all of your abundance landing properly in this reality.
