Somewhere between motherhood, stress, responsibilities and taking care of everyone else, I lost myself.
I had no hobbies. Few friends. I couldn’t tell you what I enjoyed anymore. From the outside, I looked fine. Inside, I was drowning.
In 2022, while studying to become a therapist, I was asked, “Tell me about yourself.” All I could say was, “I’m Crystal. I’m a mother of four, and I’m going to school to become a therapist.”
That moment stayed with me. Who was I outside of what I did for everyone else?
I began the work of reclaiming myself. Today, I sit across from women every day helping them do the same.
Reclaimed Women was created for the woman who has spent so long being everything to everyone that she’s forgotten herself.
Here, we work on anxiety, overwhelm, boundaries, confidence, relationships, habits, identity, self-worth, goals, business and empowerment.
You don’t need to become someone new.
It’s time to come back home to YOU.
